It would appear that time has passed, and in the digital world, this means links have been broken.  The High Plains Reader recently purged my Wellness Blog links from their website, so I will be posting a few items from years past as new material to keep them alive.  In some ways The Daddy Dispatch is an historical record, so I am tempted to leave things as they were, but I learned as a History major in college that the past is malleable and has everything to do with who is doing the telling.  Since I am the teller of the stories, I will change them as I see fit.  Please enjoy!

Hello again. Good to see you. It has been a year since the last post to the Daddy Dispatch. In the meantime I restarted my full-time career, landing as a Case Aide for Clay County, MN, and wrote as a parenting columnist for The Fargo Forum. When the Forum asked me to sign on for another year I asked them for a slight raise and didn’t get the answer I wanted, so I am now done writing my parenting perspectives column. I enjoyed the exposure, but it was always awkward to try to get just the right amount of my personal style in a piece designed for the literate masses to consume with coffee after they finished the real news sections of the paper.
